Please read these instructions carefully.

In this area you may apply to become an official, renew your officiating licenses, or apply for additional sport licenses.

The annual fee is $45 for the first sport, and $15 for each additional sport. All payments in the Official Licensing Center are received electronically. The IHSA accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Credit or debit card information is passed through a secure server, is not stored, and will not be shared with any other entity.

If you do not have a credit or debit card, you should continue with the process, print out the completed order form at the end, and then mail it with your payment to the IHSA Officials Department along with a $10 service charge.

Please make sure to fill out each form accurately and completely, and then click the button at the bottom of each page to store your information and advance to the next page.

Renewal Period

This is the annual license renewal period, which runs from May 1 to June 30. Your transaction today will apply to the upcoming 2012-13 school term. If you wait until after the June 30 deadline to renew your license, you will be charged a late penalty of $30.

Officials Conference

After you have completed your renewal information, you will be given an opportunity to register for the Annual Officials Conference in July. If you wish to register for the conference, the fee will be added to your transaction.
