5: Release Transition with Bracer

Rule 2.5.5.c pg 28 - LEGAL: The rule states the bracer must stay stationary, however there is not a definition of stationary. As interpreted by NFHS the bracer stunt group can make a ¼ rotation on their axis. This is stated in situation 3.3.5 Situation D page 21, which is in the inversion section, but the language is the same regarding the movement of a bracer. This interpretation would apply to the flip inversion in pyramids as well as releases in pyramids. In general, we apply the same principle we use with basket toss bases remaining stationary, but allowed to make a ¼ turn on the catch. The bracer rotate on their axis 1/4, but not travel.
