Rule 2.5.5.d and e pg 28 - LEGAL: The new cathers are in place and not involved in another skill when the release is initiated and the released top people are making no more than a 1/4 rotation around the bracer at a time. The bracer does not change location during this skill but turns on their own axis which is considered stationary per NFHS/IHSA.
